What is the Kyoto 250?

The Kyoto 250 is an oval racing event that is run every year. It is based on the stock car racing seen in NASCAR, using the XRT on the Kyoto Oval. It is 250 miles long, shorter than the Kyoto 500, but an appropriate distance for these slower cars.
